Fastest HYROX times in our data
Since 27 Jul 2024, from the published results; some races are still being added (see the data page). Each time only compares with its own division: the weights and the fields are different. Official marks set before 27 Jul 2024 are not in our data, for example Alexander Rončević's 50:38 Open at Cologne in April 2024.
Why Open can look faster than Pro: Open races use lighter sleds, kettlebells, sandbag and wall balls than Pro, so the fastest Open times can beat the fastest Pro times. Pro and Elite 15 use the same heavy weights. With the heavy weights, the fastest times in the data are men 51:59 (Alexander Roncevic, Pro) and women 54:25 (Joanna Wietrzyk, Pro).

Finish times and station splits far faster than anyone else in the same field are treated as timing errors and left out. Station records are single splits, so they are not always from the athlete's fastest race, and a station split depends on the venue (lane length, sled carpet, where the mats sit), so a station record is the fastest split in the data rather than a world record. Splits are timed to the second, so some are shared. Elite 15 races are listed under their own divisions above.
Records are made of splits. So is your next PB.
The RoxHype app takes your real splits, your kit and your next race date, and builds the weeks between.
- Every session written for your weak station, not a generic plan
- Rebuilt each week from what you actually did
- Race-day pacing from your own splits
