What is a good HYROX time?
A typical Open Men finish is 1:27:57 and a typical Open Women finish is 1:35:56. Most "good time" advice online quotes something near 1:10:38 as if it were average. It is not: it is the fastest 10%.
Where does your time put you?
Type a finish time (or the time you are aiming for), pick your division and age group, and see where it puts you in the field, how far the next step up is, and the station splits that get you there.
The next step up
Station by station: what the next step up does
| Segment | Typical | Next step up |
|---|
The typical split of the whole division, and the typical split of athletes one step faster than you. The gap between the two columns is where the minutes come from.
Every step comes from all timed finishes in the division across seasons 2024/25 to 2026/27. An age group needs at least 100 finishes; where it has fewer, the whole division is used.
